Welcome to WebVitta. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

WebVitta is a U.S.-based limited liability company that offers digital services including but not limited to:

Website and funnel design

Live chat integration (including AI agents)

CRM setup and automation

Social media integration

Analytics and performance tracking tools

Appointment booking systems

Future marketing services, including but not limited to paid ad campaigns, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation

We reserve the right to expand or modify our offerings at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Service Access and Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to our digital tools and platforms. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, delays, or data loss.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing is outlined in your service agreement or invoice. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Marketing services may require upfront budgets for ad platforms which are managed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, software, and logos, are the property of WebVitta or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express permission. Work created for clients (websites, funnels, creatives) will be governed by licensing terms outlined in the specific service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of services. WebVitta is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client data. If marketing services are involved, clients are responsible for providing access to their advertising accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and complying with the terms of those third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebVitta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, ad spend inefficiencies, or missed leads.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms. Clients may cancel services by providing 15 days written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of outstanding financial obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
